Philosophy
the practice is listening
People often ask why i do this.
Some expect the answer to be frequencies, vibrations, or relaxation.
Those things may be part of the experience but they aren’t why I was drawn to this work.
I believe we spend so much of our lives surrounded by noise that we rarely have an opportunity to truly hear ourselves.
There is this quote by my man Bruce Lee that I’ve always loved.
“Moving, be like water. Still, be like a mirror. Respond like an echo.”
For me, this is what the work is about.
Adaptability rather than resistance.
Having enough quiet to see our reflection.
And learning to listen before we react.
When we become still—even for a little while— we create the possibility of noticing something we couldn’t before.
Not because someone tells us what to feel.
Not because sound has all the answers.
But because stillness gives our own intuition a chance to speak.
Listening isn’t just hearing sound.
It’s learning to pause long enough for something to land before reacting.
In a world that encourages quick answers and constant opinions,
I believe there is real value in slowing down.
We spend so much time asking other people what they think that we sometimes forget to trust ourselves.
Silence isn’t empty. It’s the breathing room we rarely give ourselves.
It’s the space between an experience and our reaction.
It’s the presence of attention.
It’s where reflection becomes possible.
It’s where intuition has an opportunity to speak.
I don’t consider myself a healer.
I don’t believe transformations come from me.
My role is simply to create a quiet environment where people can pause, breathe, listen, and be present with themselves.
Whatever they discover there is entirely their own.
The hardest part of building Madam Soul Pull has been learning to trust my own instincts.
The irony isn’t lost on me—because that’s ultimately what I hope every session offers the people that join me.
Over time, I’ve realized that the same quiet I try and create for others has slowly changed me too.
It has taught me to listen more carefully.
To value restraint.
To trust timing.
To stop chasing louder voices and begin paying attention to my own.
If my work offers anything, I hope it offers others the opportunity to do the same. Because just like everyone else, I too need to practice.
I don’t want people leaving my sessions believing in me.
I hope they eave believing in themselves a little more.
